Medal Sponsorship Levels:

• Platinum: $10,000

• Gold: $ 5,000

• Silver: $ 2,500

Other Sponsorships Available:

• Hole Sponsor: $200

• Lunch Sponsor: $300

• Golf Cart Sponsor: $500

• Driving Range & Putting Green Sponsor: $500

• Beverage Cart Sponsor: $1,000

• Happy Hour Sponsor for Five Years: $2,500

• Individual Tax Deductible Donations of any amount can also be made
